We’ve been looking for a seed oil-free nondairy milk but haven’t been able to find one that’s creamy and neutral (there’s great soy milk but it definitely brings soy flavor).
This is the best alternative I’ve got yet. By activating the nuts, we let some enzyme inhibitors out and we’re left with a more digestible, nutrient rich and beneficial product.
