Everyday Greens Shake

A green protein smoothie is my daily multi-vitamin. This is a superpowered recipe that I wish I could serve to everyone I love each day. Because I can’t physically make that happen, enjoy this recipe. It’s loaded with fiber it’s deep green hue is your daily dose of chlorophyll. It sure doesn’t taste green though.

Notes:

Get some blue or green spirulina powder if you eat an average amount of greens daily. Unless you’re really bulking up on the greens on a regular basis, you could probably use the chlorophyll boost. Humans need green foods - chlorophyll is necessary for vital detoxification processes in the body.

Spirulina also has carotenoids and antioxidants that can help protect cells from damage (disease).
