    The Menu of the Week includes 5 meals, entree sized, 3 cold pressed juices, and 2 specialty sips.

  • Earthy Plate uses all organic whole foods ingredients.

    We source regeneratively grown produce from local, certified organic farms.

    We use whole grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts, ferments, vinegars, olive oil or coconut oil, and organic protein sources.

    Our meats and fish are grass-fed, free range or wild caught.

  • Drinking vegetable juice offers a variety of health benefits because it delivers a concentrated dose of nutrients from fresh produce in an easily digestible form.

    Daily juicing supports detoxification, boosts hydration, reduces inflammation, improved digestive health, and offers vital minerals and nutrients.

  • All of our cold-pressed juices are 100% organic with locally sourced produce.

  • Because we use a cold-press extraction method, your juices will maintain all nutritional value for 5 day in your refrigerator.

  • All of our juices are delivered in glass to avoid plastic consumption.

    Our delivery team picks up empties at each new delivery.

  • Instead of having to decide on your meal plan each week, we will curate your individualized menu based on what’s locally available and in season.

    If you wish to see our meal bases of the week ahead, subscribe to receive emails to receive our menu for the week ahead.

    As with all of our personalized options, we cater to all dietary restrictions, allergies, as well as your likes and dislikes.

Subscriptions & Billing

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account and manage subscription.

    If you’d like to modify your order, simply cancel your subscription and create a new one.

    If you need to pause a subscription for a week or change your delivery day, please reach out to us at info@earthyplate.com and we can manually pause it for you.

  • All subscriptions are renewed on the same day of the week and time in which the original order was placed.

    Your weekly subscription will renew automatically, so you don’t have to worry about placing a new order each week.

    If you’ve placed a one-time order, simply checkout and you’re good to go.

    Delivery Zone 2: West Vancouver, Delta, Surrey, Pitt Meadows

    Delivery Zone 3: Langley, Maple Ridge, White Rock

    Delivery Zone 4: Mission, Abbotsford, Squamish*, Whistler*

    *delivered to Squamish and Whistler are on Thursdays during the day

  • Our deliveries go out on Mondays and Wednesdays between 9:00am - 6:00pm.

    The day before your order is scheduled for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking updates. You may use this link during the day to track your order, however you may not see any updates until your delivery is the next stop.

    Though it is unlikely, delivery times may vary due to traffic incidents.

    If you have any notes for the delivery team, such as questions regarding delivery or additional instructions, you may reply directly to the email with tracking to contact our delivery team.

  • Our deliveries go out on Mondays and Wednesdays between 9:00am - 6:00pm.

    Place your order before Friday 11:59pm to receive a Monday delivery. Place your order before Saturday 11:59pm to receive a Wednesday delivery.

    This allows us to accept new orders for the week ahead until Saturday night, ensuring that you have time to complete an order.
