Earthy Plate prepares ready-to-eat meals with the freshest local ingredients. Our menu changes biweekly to reflect the organic heirloom produce that’s in season and available from our trusted farmers. Find the answers to your questions below, and get started with a nutrient-dense routine.

Ordering

  • In order to get meals delivered Saturday, start your subscription before Thursday at 11:59pm.

    Orders are ready on Saturdays.
    Our delivery window is 8am - 2pm.
    Pickups are available by appointment, text 778-200-6262 to schedule your pickup.

  • Your subscription will renew on the same day each week and you’ll be billed automatically - no need to place an order each week!

    example: If you start your subscription on a Tuesday at noon, it’ll renew every Tuesday at noon.

    Each subscription renewal pays for the week ahead, so if you wish to cancel your order for the following week, be sure to cancel your subscription before you are charged.

    To pause or skip a week, send us a message at info@earthyplate.com and we’ll make sure you’re not charged!

  • You can pause, skip a week, or cancel anytime before your next order renews.
    To cancel: log into your account to cancel subscription.
    Note that if you have a pending order and you cancel, you’re just cancelling the auto-renew program and your pending order will still be delivered to you.

  • Yes, our menu updates weekly and you have until Thursday 11:59pm to make your selections for your Saturday batch of meals.

    If you miss the cutoff time, don’t worry - we’ll hand-pick dishes for you based on your nutritional preferences.

    Want to change the quantity of meals? Simply cancel your current subscription in your login and start fresh!

Meals + Ingredients

  • One meal is a 1-1.5x satiating entree-sized portion for one adult.
    If you want 1 lunch + 1 dinner within a day, that would be 2 meals total.

  • We use 100% certified organic whole foods ingredients. We do not use gluten, seed oils, or refined sugar in our kitchen or meals.

    We source regeneratively grown produce from local, certified organic farms.

    We use whole grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts, ferments, vinegars, olive oil or coconut oil, and organic protein sources.

    Our meats and fish are grass-fed, free range or wild caught.

  • 100% of the ingredients we use (even spices) are Certified Organic.

  • Meals will last up to 6 days in the fridge.

    We recommend eating meals with fresh leafy greens and raw vegetables first as they are more perishable.

  • Each dish is:

    • Around 550 calories

    • Packed with 25g+ of protein (plant-based or meat options available)

    • Boosted with functional ingredients like superfoods, mineral-rich powders, and healing herbs to support energy, digestion, and immunity

    • 10 mile radius within Louisville, KY
      (includes New Albany, Clarksville, and Jeffersonville, Indiana)

  • Delivery takes place between 8am - 2pm on Saturdays.

  • Yes, pickup is available in Louisville, KY on Broadway + Shelby.
    Pickup is by appointment only, reach out to 778-200-6262 to schedule your pickup.

  • Our organic meals are delivered in recyclable, PFA-free paper containers.

    We’ll include ice packs in each delivery for you to return each week.
