Our Story

Earthy Plate was grown organically. We bridge the attention of a personal chef with the convenience of meal delivery.

While working as a personal chef and tending to the nutritional needs of others, I came to recognize my own discomforts as symptoms. I was habitually biting off the skin of my fingers with anxiety, suffering frequent dissociative episodes, dealing with pervasive cystic & hormonal acne, and experiencing digestive issues. I was ungrounded and out of balance. It wasn’t the supplements that finally got me back to center, but rather adopting a whole food diet.

I became deeply immersed in the teachings of science. Guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine doctors, neuroscientists, endocrinologists, gastroenterologists, and holistic nutritionists, I explored how food and lifestyle influence our systems. Chronic inflammation, I learned, was the root cause of many of my symptoms—and those of so many others.

Healing the body-mind-spirit-earth connection follows a simple and universal path: sleep well, move your body, connect with others, and eat a diet rich in local, organic, whole food ingredients. I embraced these practices and quickly saw a radical transformation in my gut, my skin, and my mental health.
