While cooking for others as a holistic personal chef, I began recognizing my own symptoms—digestive discomfort, hormonal acne, anxiety, disconnection—as signs of deeper imbalance. True healing didn’t come from supplements, but from a return to whole, nutrient-dense, locally grown food.
Guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine doctors, neuroscientists, and holistic nutritionists, I began to understand chronic inflammation as the root of so many of our modern symptoms. Food became my most powerful medicine—and Earthy Plate is an offering of that transformation.

In Our Kitchen
Our kitchen practices reflect the same care we put into sourcing:
No plastic cutting boards — we use wood and bamboo for a toxin-free prep space
No Teflon or non-stick cookware — we cook with stainless steel and cast iron only
Whole-plant cooking — we use every part of the plant when possible, from beet greens to herb stems
Minimal food waste — scraps are composted or repurposed
Batch cooking with intention — sauces, broths, and dressings are made in-house to minimize waste and maximize flavor
Every meal is prepared fresh from scratch—no preservatives, no shortcuts, just real food.
